EACO Board
The Board is the highest decision-making organ of EACO, responsible for directing the affairs of the Organisation. It is composed of the Chief Executive Officers of all EACO Members.

Current Board Chairman
The Chairperson of the Board is elected by EACO Members from. amongst the Chief Executive Officers of Regulators of the Member States. The election shall have due regard to the principle of rotation across member states, ensuring broad and equitable regional representation.

The Board holds two ordinary meetings in each financial year, ensuring regular oversight and strategic direction for the Organisation
The Board may convene special meetings as and when necessary to address urgent matters requiring immediate decision or direction.
The Chairperson is elected from amongst CEOs of Member State Regulators, with due regard to the principle of rotation across member countries.
The Board is responsible for directing the affairs of the Organisation in between meetings, supported by the Executive Director and Secretariat
